President Trump's Proposal for a "Comprehensive End of Gaza War"
|
Components |
| Phase 1: immediate ceasefire and humanitarian actions |
|
The plan mandated an immediate cessation of hostilities, with all military operations suspended and frontlines frozen. All Israeli hostages, alive and deceased, were to be returned within 72 hours. Palestinian prisoners were to be released proportionally, including 250 life sentence prisoners and 1,700 individuals arrested since the war began. For every Israeli hostage whose remains are released, Israel will release the remains of 15 deceased Gazans. |
| Phase 2: demilitarization, security measures, governance and reconstruction |
|
The proposed strategy includes the destruction of Hamas's offensive weaponry, such as tunnels and military infrastructure, to neutralize their capacity for further violence. The statement says that Gaza will be "a de-radicalized terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbors". It also offers amnesty to Hamas members who commit to peaceful coexistence, with safe passage provided for those opting for exile. Additionally, a temporary international stabilization force, composed of U.S., Arab, and European personnel, would be deployed to oversee security and facilitate the training of a Palestinian police force, ensuring long-term stability and peace. |
|
A National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, led by Palestinian technocrats and supported by an international Board of Peace, is planned to be established in to manage day-to-day governance and oversee the rebuilding and repair of infrastructure. Humanitarian aid is to be delivered without interference, with international organizations such as the United Nations and the Red Crescent overseeing its distribution to ensure fairness and efficiency. Additionally, efforts are planned to encourage Palestinians to remain in Gaza, offering support to those choosing to stay and rebuild their communities. |
|
On January 21, 2026, during the World Economic Forum in Davos, President Donald Trump stated that Hamas must disarm and release all remaining hostage remains "within weeks" or be "blown away very quickly".[79][80][81] This ultimatum was issued a day before the formal signing ceremony for the Board of Peace, a Trump-chaired international organization established to oversee the reconstruction and governance of Gaza , potentially serving as an alternative to United Nations mediation. |
| Recognition of Palestinian statehood |
|
The strategy includes the acknowledgment of Palestine as a state, contingent upon successful reconstruction efforts and necessary reforms within the Palestinian Authority. To pave the way for long-term peace, a dialogue would be initiated between Israel and the Palestinians to establish a political framework that promotes peaceful coexistence and mutual understanding.[74] Although the plan recognizes the Palestinian state as a possibility that is "the aspiration of the Palestinian people", it does not say that the United States would recognize Palestine as a state. |

Phase one (partial implementation) |

On September 30, Donald Trump's proposal was forwarded to Hamas. Trump stated that the group had "three or four days" to respond to the plan. Hamas announced that they were studying the proposal "in good faith". On October 4, Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the armed forces to halt their offensive in Gaza City in response to Trump's demands. It was reported that talks between Palestinian factions, including Hamas, regarding the future governance of Gaza would take place in Cairo. US Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, and Jared Kushner were reported to be heading to Cairo to finalise the technical details of the hostage release and discuss the lasting peace deal. Indirect talks between Israel and Hamas were planned to take place over the next few days in Egypt. Later that evening, Trump posted on social media that Israel "has agreed to the initial withdrawal line" and that when Hamas confirms, a ceasefire will "be IMMEDIATELY effective". On October 8, Trump was handed a handwritten note from secretary of state Marco Rubio during a live television appearance stating an agreement was "very close" and that he would need to "approve a Truth social post soon so you can announce deal first". Shortly thereafter, reports emerged that an agreement had been reached and would be signed the following day. Trump subsequently confirmed that an agreement on the first phase of the deal had been approved by both sides, posting on social media that, "I am very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first Phase of our Peace Plan." The agreement was signed in Egypt at 12 noon local time on October 9. Hostages were to be freed over the weekend or early the following week, with Hamas releasing 20 living hostages in exchange for Israel's release of 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, including 250 serving life sentences and 1,700 prisoners that had been detained since the war began. |

2026 developments |
|
A disarmament plan was presented to Hamas by the Board of Peace in March 2026. In April, Israel stated they will not move forward without progress on Hamas disarmament. A Hamas spokesperson rejected the plan and said it was "unacceptable" for Israel to demand disarmament from them in a "crude manner" and that it was a "double standard" to only ask concessions from Palestineans. They accused Nickolay Mladenov of having bias towards Israel and added that they will not discuss the second phase unless Israel first fully implements the terms of the first phase, which includes a hostage-prisoner exchange, increased humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, and the partial withdrawal of Israeli forces. They also requested strong guarantees to ensure an independent sovereign Palestinian state. Israel has reportedly carried out almost daily strikes throughout Gaza since the ceasefire and had justified them by claiming they were strikes against "imminent" threats to their forces. An Israeli security source, speaking to KAN News, stated that if Hamas continues to not disarm, then the Israelis will restart the fighting in Gaza to "complete their mission".

Lebanon-Israel-U.S. Tripartite Agreement

the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran
INTRODUCTION TO THE LONG-STANDING "CONFLICT" ON IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM
|
THE INVENTION OF NUCLEAR MILITARIZATION
In 1939, Nazi scientists managed to create a fission. Hitler showed no interest in this achievement but Albert Einstein. He warned Washington, which prompted the Americans in 1942 to rush with their secret Manhattan Project they where working on with the United Kingdom and Canada. The project triggered in 1947 the rise of nuclear powers in the world better known as the Cold War. This development forced the then-President of the United States, Eisenhower to introduce the Atoms For Peace Agreement. The then-Israeli prime minister, David Ben-Gurion was obsessed with the American project. In 1956, he said:
But the Israelis had signed Eisenhower's agreement a year earlier, in June 1955, which would become a breach of the agreement when he brought the statement into practice. Ben-Gurion decided to recruit Jewish scientists from abroad. He and others, such as head of the Weizmann Institute of Science and defense ministry scientist Ernst David Bergmann, believed and hoped that Jewish scientists such as Oppenheimer and Teller would help Israel. When the Israelis were caught in bringing to practice their nuclear militarization, they did not just violating Eisenhower's agreement. They also broke the promise not to be the first to introduce that militarization. So, what did Ben-Gurion? If he chooses to decide to recruit people from abroad, that is a step as part of a preparation of a plan aimed to be the first -in this case- in bringing nuclear militarization into practice. When preparations result into a drafted plan, the latter reach the phase of finalizing in order to realize the plan. When the latter takes place, you are introducing nuclear militarization in the Middle East. But the successor of Ben-Gurion, Golda Meir rejected the American view that we have written in a simplified manner to make a long story short.. The United States invented the nuclear militarization in 1942, which triggered the rise of nuclear powers in the world, including the Israelis. |

HOW THE ISRAELIS BECAME A NUCLEAR POWER
The Israelis were secretly working out their nuclear militarization, including the construction of the Dimona reactor until an American businessman traveling in his car, passed the construction site and became curious. He drove to the American embassy in Tel Aviv then asking if anyone at the embassy was aware that there where construction activities near Dimona. John F. Kennedy, who was the President of the United States at the time of the discovery, ordered a observation flight [with a U-2 spy plane]. The late-President was furious and wanted an explanation from Ben-Gurion, who defended the secret activities by just exploiting the Second World War with the words "to prevent a second holocaust from happening." The Israelis didn't stop after they were caught in violating the Eisenhower Agreement and breaking the promise "not to be the first" but in the Middle East. The Israeli Zalman Mordechai Shaipro, who was the director at the NUMEC site in Apollo, Pennsylvania, started stealing high-enriched uranium, while the Israelis sought help from Britain in obtaining heavy water from Norway. They also needed yellow cake they tried to buy from Argentina to start up the Dimona reactor, that was built with the help of France. By 1967, the year of the six-day war, the Israelis had their first nuclear bomb, which the Israeli general Moshe Dayan wanted to use when he had to see huge losses in the Sinai Desert. Ben-Gurion's successor, Golda Meir refused furiously. In 1968, Menachem Begin said during his speech at the UNGA, that one must make sure that no enemy has a reactor. His wording was harbara to mask that "one" refers to the Israelis themselves, as no country saw in another country a nuclear enemy. Countries who became nuclear powers only used their gained position as a deterrence against each other: US against Russia and or China; China and or Russia against the US; India against Pakistan or Pakistan against India. "The battle against US inspections" and " The stealing of enriched uranium" on this website gives you a more detailed picture about how the Israelis became a nuclear power.

HOW IRAN BECAME A SCAPEGOAT
Nevertheless, the Israelis converted his statement into a doctrine carrying his name, the Menachem Begin doctrine, with a political and a military version. The latter translates into preemptive attacks on any country in the region, which attempts to launch its own nuclear weapons program. Iraq became the first country attacked by the Israelis. Syria was attacked twice but one of the attacks was the bombing of a building that was not a nuclear facility but a textile mill. In 1979, Khomeini came to power and ordered the ban of the nuclear energy program that the Shah had launched with the help of Eisenhower's Atoms For Peace program. Khomeini found the nuclear energy program un-Islamic. He later reversed his decision under pressure of the IRG during the ten years long war Iran had with Iraq. Iran's resumption of its nuclear program was in light of that war. But the Israelis sold it as an exaggerated imaginary claim, that Iran is a "existential threat." In 2005, the media in the United States helped the Israelis in seeking authority in their nuclear view by reporting that the then-president of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmedinedjad, said in a speech, that "Israel must be wiped out from the map." Seven years later, an Saudi blogger was found explaining that Ahmedinedjad never used the words "wipe out from the map." Instead, he was saying: "Israel must be erased in the face of time." The Israelis took advantage from the Western refusal to correct the misinterpretation. It here where the Israeli claim, that Iran is an "existential threat," comes from. When in March 2011 the uprising in Syria began and started to spread across the country, Bashar al-Assad sought help from Iran. In response, Tehran contacted Hezbollah, who sent large number of its fighters to Quneitra province then further into Aleppo and Homs provinces to stop the spread of the uprising in Syria. A year later, Tehran decided to send its IRG to assist Hezbollah. Both have been in Syria until the fall of Bashar al-Assad.

BEHIND THE CONFLATED HEZBOLLAH-IRAN NARRATIVE
Hezbollah emerged in 1981 as a resistance against the Israeli occupation of Southern Lebanon that lasted until 2000. It emerged independently as the group had no contact with Iran during the Israeli occupation, and had already an political orientation, which they later found as similar to those of Iran. However, when Lebanon was under Syrian military control, Hezbollah stood under Syrian influence, not those of Iran. The latter became the issue after Syria was forced to withdraw its troops from Lebanon, and when the group became part of the Lebanese government. But the Israelis erased the periods of their occupation of Southern Lebanon, and those of Syria's presence, to let it look like Hezbollah is created by Iran. In April 2026, the first pro-Israel supporters began to dispute this part of Hezbollah's history on social media. It is important to note, that Lebanon did not sign a peace agreement after the six-day war of 1967, did not recognize that the Israelis have a state, and that the Israelis forced Beirut in 2000 to accept what was then called "a ceasefire," which Syria opposed. On May 5, 2013, we started documenting Israeli attacks on Iran by downloading and describing for archive the air strikes on the Republican Guards 4th division based in Wadi Barada on Mount Qasioun in Damascus governorate. That base was also used by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. Two years later, on December 2, 2015, Netanyahu announces a "demilitarized buffer zone" stretching from Damascus to Mount Hermon. But "buffer zone" is just a divertive term for taking any piece of someone else's land whether to occupy or annex it. The Israelis branded the Iranian and Hezbollah presence in Syria as "a security threat," while none of them, including the regime under Bashar al-Assad, ever responded with retaliatory attacks on the Israelis.

HOW THE WAR ON IRAN SPILLED OVER INTO LEBANON
On June 13, 2025, Netanyahu had claimed without evidence that Iran was accelerating its nuclear program. Making the claim the way he did resembles a similar move he made in June 2014, when he instantly claimed that Hamas was behind the missing and the death of three colonist youth without having carried out an investigation and with no evidence to seek justification to start his 2014 Gaza war. Three days after he made the claim about Iran's nuclear program, Netanyahu called during an interview with ABC News on the United States for help in the assassination of Iran's Supreme Leaders Khamenei while knowing that Hezbollah would respond. He also claimed, but on Fox News, that Iran had tried to kill Donald Trump twice without providing evidence . During the second half of that year, the Israeli Mossad and the CIA were preparing the assassination. The Mossad sought the CIA for help as the Israelis didn't have the means and technology to do it alone. Both agencies knew that Hezbollah would respond. But, the CIA needs explicit approval from the president for every covert action it wants to carry out. So, this means that Trump had the knowledge about what the covert action entailed thus also knew that Hezbollah would respond. In December of 2025, Netanyahu vowed to attack Iran in 2026 again, which prompted us to believe that the preparation of the assassination was completed. Netanyahu's war on Iran but planned for 2026 would become the resumption of his preemptive 12-day war on Iran he was waging in June 2025. ---- The section above is based on reports from New York Times, Al Jazeera, The Guadian, New York Post ---- In early 2026, Netanyahu lobbied Donald Trump for a joint military strike on Iran, specifically targeting its leadership. During the last week of February 28, 2026, there where still mediations going on between Iran and the US at Oman's diplomatic mission in Vienna, Austria. Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff where present at the meetings but had also contact with the Israelis. On February 27th, Jared Kushner told his father-in-law Donald Trump that Iran was going to attack. The following day, Netanyahu ordered the execution of the assassination of the Iranian Supreme Leader and the bombing of Tehran to be carried out. Khamenei was killed in the building that was monitored by the Mossad and the CIA. Hours later, Trump authorized "Operation Epic Fury." On March 1st, Hezbollah reacted to the assassination by vowing revenge, which it carried out the following day. Netanyahu took advantage by branding Hezbollah's revenge as "an attack on Israel" thereby with the US beginning to scapegoat Hezbollah, and saw it as an excuse to invade Lebanon. At the end of March, the Pentagon found that Iran wasn't preparing an attack before Netanyahu resumed his 12-day war from June 2025. The fact is that Netanyahu spilled over his resumption of the preemptive 12-day war on Iran into Lebanon by assassinating Khamenei, provoking Hezbollah to react to have them, not Lebanon, dragged into his war. As the initiator of all this, Netanyahu has not been seen part in the resumption of his own June 2025 12-day war since May. Because, as of the latter, there are no reports saying that Israeli warplanes have been involved in bombardments since May 2026. We believe that this has to do with differences in view between him and Trump over the war on Iran, which reached its climax last June when Trump said that Netanyahu is a "difficult person." The situation as it became since that month began to look as a war on Iran by the United States. However, it is remains the same war by Netanyahu but taken over by Trump.
